Payment of all accounts must be made within 7 days of date of invoice. If payment is not received within 7 days ONE reminder will be sent giving a further 3 days to pay. If payment has not been received by the 10th day, your order will be cancelled and the item returned to stock.
NO items will be shipped without payment.
If you are having trouble paying, need more time or need to ask a question regarding payment it is essential that you contact us, communication is key to resolution of any problems.
We accept Paypal and direct deposit only. Direct deposit is only available to Australian residents.
All prices listed for both products and shipping are in Australian Dollars. If you are an international customer you may wish to contact us before payment for other available shipping options.
Insurance is not included in the shipping quote. If you need your item insured contact us for a revised shipping invoice. Your item will not be replaced if it goes missing in transit, if this is a concern then we recommend you get insurance.

We understand that sometimes you open your fluffy mail, and despite your careful measurements, (even with a wriggly baby) the nappy you have purchased is the wrong size for them. We happily accept exchanges on an incorrect size on unworn and unwashed nappies. We strongly recommend that you look carefully at the nappy before you try it on, if you are in doubt contact us first. Due to health regulations we are unable to exchange nappies that have been tried on, or have been soiled or washed.
We will exchange for the same nappy in the other size if it is in stock.
